Adding the home screen widget

• Touch and hold an empty area of your home screen until the apps jiggle.
• Tap the Edit or plus button in the corner, then choose Add Widget.
• Search for Facts Widget and pick a size.
• Tap Add Widget, then Done.

Adding the lock screen widget

• Touch and hold your lock screen, then tap Customize.
• Choose Lock Screen, then tap the area under the clock.
• Pick Facts Widget from the list.
• Tap Done to save.

The widget is not changing

iOS decides when widgets refresh, and it balances that against battery life, so the timing varies. Opening the app refreshes it right away.

Choosing topics

Open the app and tap the grid button in the bottom bar. Facts are drawn only from the topics you have selected, and you always keep at least one.

Restoring a purchase

Reinstalled the app or changed device? Open the subscription screen and choose Restore Purchases, using the same Apple Account.

Something looks wrong in a fact

We take accuracy seriously. Email us the fact and we will check it and correct it in the next update.
